2. Scope of Services Latmek Limited is a grower and global exporter of premium agricultural products. The Site provides information regarding our services, which include, but are not limited to, the export of fresh avocados (Hass & Fuerte), IQF frozen avocados, cold-pressed avocado crude oil, avocado waste value addition, and end-to-end avocado consultation services.

3. Quotes and Business Transactions

  • Non-Binding Information: The product descriptions, agricultural data, and export capabilities detailed on the Site are for informational purposes.

  • Quotes and Pricing: Any quotes requested through the Site are estimates. Formal pricing, export terms, and shipping agreements are only binding once a separate, written export or supply contract is executed between Latmek Limited and the client.

4. Intellectual Property Rights All content, features, and functionality on the Site—including text, graphics, logos, images, digital downloads, and website design—are the exclusive property of Latmek Limited and are protected by Kenyan and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our express written permission.

5. User Conduct When using our Site, you agree to do so only for lawful purposes. You are strictly prohibited from:

  • Submitting false, inaccurate, or misleading information via our contact or quote forms.
